Is there a free trial?

Yes. Download the app, create your account and start free — you'll only pay when you choose a subscription. Your subscription also includes one free Open Class lesson.

What does R90 a month actually cover?

Everything self-paced — all lessons, stories, games and videos in every language on the platform, for your learner profiles — plus live Open Class sessions with real educators. Group Class and One-on-One lessons are booked separately, per lesson or in 10-packs.

How do live class packs work?

Your R90/month subscription includes one free Open Class lesson. After that, pay per lesson or buy a 10-pack and save: Open Class is R750 for ten, Group Class R1 280 per person (save 20%) and One-on-One R1 500 (save 25%). The One-on-One 10-pack also opens up unlimited Open Class access for the month. Learners at affiliated schools take a further 10% off any 10-pack — R675, R1 152 and R1 350.

How do I pay?

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. You can top up your in-app wallet with lesson credits and see a full ledger of everything you've spent. Vouchers and coupon codes are supported.

How does the school discount work?

If your child's school is affiliated with Luthando App, enter the school's affiliation code and you'll save up to 50%. Not affiliated yet? Tell your school about the programme — registering is free.

Can I cancel?
